1. Accounts and Eligibility
Students must provide accurate registration information, keep their accounts secure, and use the Service lawfully. Accounts are intended for individual use and must not be shared or transferred without permission. If a student is under the age required to consent to these Terms in their jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must consent to their use of the Service and accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Purchases and Access
Our current plans are one-time purchases providing 90 days of access from activation, with no automatic renewal. Available features and access depend on the purchased plan. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Educational Content and Acceptable Use
Course materials, questions, audio and other educational content are provided for personal learning. Students may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit them without permission. Students must not interfere with the Service, misuse accounts, or submit unlawful or abusive content.
4. AI Feedback and Educational Disclaimer
Speaking and Writing AI feedback is intended for practice and learning. It is not an official IELTS assessment, does not guarantee a particular IELTS score, and may contain inaccuracies. Students should use their own judgment and seek teacher guidance when appropriate. This Service is an independent preparation course and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official IELTS test or its partners.
5. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or make reasonable improvements. If a significant technical problem prevents a student from accessing purchased content, we will review the situation under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may restrict or suspend accounts in cases of serious misuse, subject to applicable law.
6. Legal Rights, Contact and Changes
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Japanese law. These Terms are governed by Japanese law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
